I want to express my gratitude to whoever nominated Living Your Wellbeing for the GHP Mental Health Awards 2026. I had no idea my work had been put forward, and I’m honoured to have received two awards — one national and one global:

GHP describes these awards as recognising those who “change lives every day, challenge stigma, push boundaries, and place compassion and humanity at the heart of mental health innovation.” I’m deeply humbled to have my work included in that vision.

What sets Living Your Wellbeing apart is the integration of three elements that rarely exist in the same place: frontline trauma expertise, rigorous research, and lived experience of trauma and recovery. Instead of relying on one-size-fits-all models, I developed a multi‑dimensional framework that helps people understand themselves across identity, environment, resilience, and lived context.

Because confidentiality and psychological safety are essential when working with veterans, first responders, and trauma‑exposed individuals, I’ve intentionally moved away from online assessment platforms. I’ve created trauma‑informed, accessible tools that allow people to explore their wellbeing safely, without digital risk or overwhelm.

Living Your Wellbeing is not just a service. It’s a sanctuary for whole‑person growth — grounded in integrity, shaped by lived truth, and committed to meeting people exactly where they are.

Congratulations to everyone recognised by GHP this year for your work in mental health and wellbeing. Your contributions matter.
